You can easily order HelloBello online. Using our food generator you first create a personal meal plan for your dog – so we can respond perfectly to its individual needs. You then choose the right delivery interval and receive the freshly cooked food deep-frozen, delivered straight to your home.

With our HelloBello menus we have developed a completely new nutrition concept for dogs. Our freshly cooked menus are complete feeds and provide your dog with everything it needs every day. For us, freshly cooked dog food means: regional, high-quality ingredients are gently prepared and then delivered deep-frozen straight to your door. Much less time passes from the cooking pot to the food bowl than with conventional food. That's why our food doesn't have to keep for years and needs no preservatives at all – they do nothing for your dog's health anyway.

You can try HelloBello as a savings plan (subscription) or single purchase.

The savings plan is a flexible subscription that you can adjust, pause or cancel at any time. It not only gives you a lower price for the first delivery, but for all future deliveries too. The savings plan also ensures that your dog is always supplied with fresh food on time.

If your dog won't eat a HelloBello recipe, we'll refund the amount for the first delivery. Simply send us a short video within 10 days of receiving the delivery.

We deliver HelloBello to Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Your delivery is sent deep-frozen straight to your home, and you receive tracking by email. Please make some room in your fridge or freezer.

If you're not at home for the delivery, that's no problem: in Austria and Switzerland your package will be left right outside your door. In Germany you can either give drop-off permission or your package will be delivered to a pick-up station.

If there are any problems or your package doesn't arrive as planned, just get in touch – we're happy to help.

Our fresh food keeps for up to 11 days in the fridge. Any HelloBello not fed by then must be stored in the freezer. The freezer best-before date can be found on each individual sachet and is approx. 6 months.

Yes, you can flexibly pause or cancel your savings plan subscription at any time in your Paw Portal . That way you keep full control over your deliveries, while we make sure you don't have to worry about restocking.

Our ingredients come exclusively from regional sources in Germany and Austria. We attach great importance to sourcing our raw materials such as carrots, peas and meat from the immediate area. We deliberately avoid exotic meats such as camel, buffalo or ostrich. 

The meat used is subject to strict government controls and can be traced all the way back to the farms in Germany and Austria. Behind our menus, besides us at HelloBello, are many dedicated partners who ensure high-quality, balanced dog food every day.
