It's that easy to get your individual dog food from HelloBello
Step 1:Click through the food advisor
Our online food advisor calculates the perfect daily ration for your dog based on the details you provide, such as your dog's age, sex and activity. The final daily ration is calculated using our formula developed specially with vets.
Step 2:Customise your meal plan
Based on your details, you'll receive our recommendation of suitable recipes and rations for your dog. But you can also put together the recipe mix, delivery interval and food amount yourself and adapt our recommendation perfectly to your needs.
Step 3:Delivery
Once you've created your perfect HelloBello meal plan, your order is passed on to our kitchen. There, your dog's meals are freshly cooked, packed and shipped. Once your package has been shipped, it will be delivered within two days.
And then it's: dinner time!
Step 4:Everything under control
Depending on the interval you choose, your next delivery will automatically be sent to you at those intervals. So you no longer have to remember to reorder food. But don't worry: you can easily pause your subscription, skip a delivery, choose a preferred delivery date or cancel at any time in the Paw Portal.

How is HelloBello fresh food made?
Our dog food is gently cooked at low temperatures. This preserves all the natural nutrients, vitamins and trace elements. After cooking, the food is frozen and shipped straight away.
Because we cook and ship your fresh food individually based on your dog food subscription, we can guarantee a freshness and quality that you won't find on any supermarket shelf. That's why HelloBello fresh food, unlike dry and canned food, doesn't keep for years. This is the only way we can guarantee that your dog doesn't consume any unnecessary artificial flavourings, flavour enhancers, colourings or preservatives.
What happens to the package if I'm not at home for the delivery?
For customers within Germany: you can fill in a drop-off authorisation and the postman will leave the package right outside your door if no one is at home.
For customers within Austria, the postman automatically has this permission for every HelloBello delivery.
When will my HelloBello order be shipped?
As soon as your order is complete, our system passes all the important information on to our chef and their planning. Your freshly cooked food will be shipped at the beginning of the following week . You'll also receive a separate notification when the package is on its way to you.
How can I try HelloBello?
You can try HelloBello as a savings plan (subscription) or single purchase .
The savings plan is a flexible subscription that you can adjust, pause or cancel at any time. It not only gives you a lower price for the first delivery, but for all future deliveries too. The savings plan also ensures that your dog is always supplied with fresh food on time.
If your dog won't eat a HelloBello recipe, we'll refund the amount for the first delivery. Simply send us a short video within 10 days of receiving the delivery.
How should the fresh food be stored?
Unopened food keeps for up to 11 days in the fridge. Please freeze the rest. You'll find the exact expiry date on each food pack.
